Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and print it directly from your computer.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
